Colour-Code Every Room
Place coloured stickers on boxes and matching stickers at the doors of new rooms. Movers can unload directly to the right place without repeatedly stopping for directions.

Pack Loose Items Into Boxes
A strong, safely packed box may hold ten suitable small items. A trolley can sometimes take two or three boxes in one trip — far fewer repeated carries than loose belongings.
